🚨📢 Did you know about the recent “fuel market intervention package” rushed through the German parliament this week? I think it deserves serious scrutiny from the antitrust/Competition community. Tenemos control de concentraciones desde que se emitió el Decreto de Urgencia 013-2019 en noviembre de 2019. Es mejor que ahora sea una Ley formal de Congreso antes que un DU, pero no es del todo honesto olvidarse de esa norma. 2/x
