Here's just one specific example of how First Past the Post completely distorts the will of the British people.
On Wednesday the Health and Care Bill passed second reading.
It will allow private companies seats on NHS decision-making boards.
Asked whether private companies should or shouldn't be given seats on new NHS and health boards, 52% said they shouldn't, while just 28% said they should.

The implication that the rest of us didn't matter is correct. Our First Past the Post voting system means most votes don't affect the result.
