AAP’s Digital Gundagardi reaches new low ..!!
After slapping bogus FIR on me & independent channel (@LokAwazTv) & others for daring to question CM’s chopper misuse, today they fired 7 copyright strikes at the channel in one day , sadly the channel is deleted now just for staying independent & not towing AAP line.

Shocking part? The “copyrighted” content is official Vidhan Sabha camera footage + govt-recorded videos that CM @BhagwantMann himself posted on his channels. Even Google photos of Bhagwant Mann from “Aam Aadmi Party - Punjab” official @facebook page got struck.

This is textbook weaponization of copyright law to muzzle free press in Punjab.

Remember @raghav_chadha’s fiery Rajya Sabha speech crying about misuse of copyright strikes destroying creators & demanding protection?

Today his own party is doing the exact same digital thuggery against independent journalists who refuse to bend.

This regional Punjab-based independent channel @LokAwazTv had around 1 million subscribers on Facebook.... they refused govt ads & never towed their line.

Over 90% Punjab channels controlled via police intimidation or crores in ads.

Sadly,this incident occurred on the martyrdom of the first Agniveer of India. He hailed from my district, Mansa in Punjab.

Amritpal Pal Singh was only 19 years old & had been recruited by Agniveer in December 2022. His duty was in J&K. Unfortunately, on this Wednesday he was martyred while on duty near LOC in Poonch(J&K).

This is sad that his body was brought to the village by his family in a private ambulance not in army vehicle. No army unit was present at his cremation & no Army guard of honor was provided to him. On request request of villagers the local Police accorded a guard of honor for our brave young man.

I learned that all of this is due to the new Agniveer policy of Modi govt. Which is why no army unit brought his body to the village & no army guard of honor was given. This treatment of our martyrs deeply saddened me.

If the policy thing is indeed true, it is a shameful act by the @narendramodi govt. The government should cease such treatment of our martyrs & provide a proper & respectful Army guard of honor to every soldier fighting for the country. It is indeed a matter of great shame.

I request our CM @bhagwantmann to provide a ₹1 crore ex gratia grant and one job to the family of Martyr Agniveer Amritpal Singh from our Mansa.
Please treat them with the same respect Punjab offers to the martyrs Jawans of the Army. It has come to my attention that no such grant or job announcement has been made thus far. @CMOPb @CsPunjab
