There is one field where we need people who don't like having their jobs: that is in politics. Politics done right is a sacrifice. The best people don't want to be there, they want to get the job done and then go back to their normal lives. (A thread) The best teachers and scientists HATE becoming admin, they want to be in their classrooms or labs. Tulakan yan. "Ikaw muna, nagsilbi na ako." Same with the best doctors. The best people generally hate bureaucracy they want to be on the execution end.
