I don't find this response surprising, or your further response that having worked there for years you consider it the "least racist environment imaginable." I haven't worked there for years but I have been a member & led national ors/initiatives in Indigenous health & antiracism I am a visibly Indigenous woman with significant expertise in critical race and Indigenous studies. I am certain that I observe & experience racism in many environments you can't imagine and have never and will never experience racism in.

This morning I met with the @AFMC_e Board of Directors and am very happy to say that they have fully supported the Joint Commitment to Action on Indigenous Health.

#CCME2019 In doing so, the 17 medical schools have collectively committed to:
1. Rights-based approaches to building meaningful relationships with the Indigenous communities they serve as a foundation for community participation in all aspects of the med school
