One of the many issues with Knight VS Samurai:

What time period are we going with? They both changed a lot over their 100's of years.

So.. let's go most recent.

Image The samurai as a class was abolished around 1870, so they had black powder revolvers and lever action rifles.

Steinmeier is the most recent person to be knighted based on me looking at one article. He'd have access to personal weapons (but no using his position for nukes).
