Regardless of what happens in their concluding league clash against ATK Mohun Bagan, @JamshedpurFC coach Owen Coyle deserves huge credit for what he has done since coming to India. First he took Chennaiyin from the bottom to ISL final and has now worked his magic at Jamshedpur.
At both Chennaiyin and Jamshedpur, Coyle has thrived with less glamorous foreign players and hardly-known domestic signings. At Chennaiyin, Valskis ended with Golden Boot and hasn’t touched the same heights again. At Jamshedpur, Chima Chukwu has been a stunning revelation.

So, here goes the thread on Bengaluru FC, after much delay. Bengaluru FC have focused all their attention on signing a top-notch striker. Miku obviously is top of that list, but terms have not been agreed. Of course, there is money to consider, but can Miku be the same player?
Since Miku left the club, Bengaluru have tried three different foreign strikers – Jamaican international Kevaughn Frater, Deshorn Browne and Manuel Onwu. None of them have been able to fill his boots.
