9. Advice professionals invest at least 30 hours (as accountants do) in their continuing education, and if you have a CFP you can make that 40 hours. That number increases by an additional 40 for if you have TASA and Credit authorities. So that's 80 hours. 10. What I am not ok with is #FASEA prescribing that after 20 years of experience, a degree, postgraduate study, professional honours, happy clients and a successful business if we don't get a 65% pass mark we will lose our license to operate.
