Crosschain bridge solutions are facing security and privacy limitations. Wormhole mined over 300m$, Polynetwork with more than 600m$, and recently Ronin bridge with nearly 600m$. Earlier in February, Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin warned about the risks of cross-chain projects following the token wrap model as being unsafe and possibly affecting the security of the blockchain.
