15 minute cities - a thread down memory lane 🧵
This was my parents house, in a suburb of Coventry. They bought it in 1965, and it was my home throughout the 1970s and half the 80s. My mum lived there until 2021. It was a very happy home. 1/22 Image It's near a junction where there were 6 shops. This was Hearns' grocers. I used to go in there with Mum shopping, and I spent my pocket money in there on Panini football stickers. I still have the whole 1978 Coventry City squad. It closed in the early 90s and is now a house. 2/22 Image
