This is a 🧵 so please bare with me. I saw this video today and I was heartbroken for this little girl and for the others in the car hearing her tiny screams. 1) If a child is this terrified and visibly fighting going with someone, why does our Justice System still force 1/? That child to go? It’s not in the best interest of the child if they are this upset each and every single time they are forced to be with someone they fear. 2) Why is a childs voice still not vaild? Why does Child Protection Agencies continually say a young child cannot truly 2/?
