NEW: In 2008, poor & working-class counties contributed 35% of votes in the Democratic presidential primary. In 2020, their share was 28%.

Meanwhile, affluent counties went from 25% of the electorate to 31%.

In Virginia, the state's poorest areas accounted for 32% of the electorate in 2008, but just 25% in 2020.

During the same period, the state's richest areas went from accounting for 34% percent of the electorate to 41%.

But she is covering up the fact that Cuomo's personal attorney was on the panel that chose Singas as a finalist.
