1/9 I do not follow the company or every security religiously, so I may be missing something (almost certainly am!) But I have been trying to understand what happens next. My sense is that the convertible notes may now matter more than the preferreds. A few thoughts. 2/9 After the recent repurchase, Strategy still has about $6.7b of converts outstanding. These notes give holders put rights on specific dates. If they are not converted, refinanced, or repurchased, holders can require Strategy to buy them back for cash at par.

This Prometheum storyline has got to be the strangest thing I have seen in awhile in this industry. Has anyone actually looked into this? 1. You fraudulently lied to your lenders on nature of business + financial condition. Market neutral? Come on. 2. Broke securities laws with US solicitation on Deribit SPV and Warbler Capital raises.

4. Kept raising $ from HNW/FO when you knew you were insolvent.
