Basic contract law as applied to Conventional stake pools and ISPOs

Under English Common Law and Civil Law, a valid contract contains seven elements:

1. Offer,
2. Acceptance,
3. Intention,
4. Authority,
5. Certainty,
6. Legal purpose, and
7. Consideration, (important) 1. Offer

One party makes an offer.

An SPO makes an offer to all ADA holders to receive their stake delegation when they register & advertise the public pool

Offer includes important information like the stake pool ticker / ID, and the fee the SPO charges to the protocol.
