BREAKING: Fulton County Commissioners face potential arrest over GOP push to install widely regarded conspiracy theorists on Board of Elections.
The nominees, Julie Adams & Jason Frazier, are known operatives in Donald Trump’s “Stop the Steal” network. ⬇️
Adams (a board member seeking re-appointment) and Frazier are backed by the RNC + Georgia GOP.
Between them, they’ve refused to certify elections, sued the Fulton Election Board and led efforts to purge voters.
Today, the Fulton County Commission deadlocked 2–2.

🚨NEW: Russia-style takeover of elections?
Trump just announced a new executive order – he wants to use federal power to control elections.
This is a dangerous power grab and part of Republicans’ plan to rig 2026. ⬇️
Here’s what Trump says about the coming executive order:
–Eliminates mail voting
–Bans drop boxes
–Restricts absentee voting
–Strips states of authority to run elections
This puts elections under federal control – opposing the Constitution, which says states run elections.

Should voting be a limited privilege?
In America, it’s supposed to be a right.
But that’s not what the Supreme Court seems to think.
Their next ruling could empower states to block millions of Americans from voting. ⬇️
For generations, courts have been a place Americans can go to block discriminatory voting laws and maps.
But, as @AllegraLawHardy + @JoyceWhiteVance write, the Supreme Court has dismantled the Voting Rights Act – and now may make it harder to even access the courts at all.

12 Black educators and organizers were arrested in a rural South Georgia town.
Their crime? Helping neighbors vote.
This is the story of the Quitman 10+2 and the voter suppression playbook it inspired. ⬇️
In 2009, three Black women organized to flip seats on a white-majority school board in deeply segregated Brooks County, GA.
It was a quiet revolution – powered by mail ballots.
Their school board race wins should have been celebrated. Instead, they triggered a crackdown.

🚨Trump is trying to hijack the nonpartisan Election Assistance Commission to advance his voter suppression agenda.
Election denier activists are flooding the commission with comments in support.
Join us in fighting back – we can’t let them win. ⬇️
This is part of Trump’s plot to illegally control our elections through his Executive Order.
The SAVE Act passed the House and faces an uphill climb in the Senate – so he’s using the Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to move forward.
What if I told you the real driver of MAGA’s plot to rig future elections isn’t Trump?
It’s a fringe lawyer you’ve never heard of.
But her blueprint is taking shape – and it could block millions of Americans from voting.
BIG story you may have missed this week. ⬇️
Cleta Mitchell helped Trump try to overturn the 2020 election – and she hasn’t stopped.
Now, she’s behind the SAVE Act, a bill that could block millions from registering to vote.
She even got a personal thank you from the bill’s sponsor when the House passed it last week.

🚨BREAKING: The U.S. House just passed the SAVE Act – a new MAGA voter suppression bill backed by Trump and his allies.
It’s not about protecting elections. It’s designed to save MAGA politicians from accountability at the ballot box.
Here’s what you need to know. ⬇️
Fair Fight Action CEO @GWLauren said it best:
"Let’s call this what it is: a desperate attempt by Trump and his MAGA allies to rig the rules, block millions from voting, and dodge accountability at the ballot box – it should be called the Save MAGA Politicians Act."

90 minutes. That's how long Trump rambled last night at the glitzy $35 million GOP dinner.
Most of it was the usual: lies, grievances, and weird love for tariffs.
But one line stood out – and it may reveal his real 2025 plan. ⬇️
Trump last night: "We're gonna get good elections pretty soon. There's a lot of clamor for it...the states are just an agent of the federal government."
That's wrong. The Constitution is clear: Congress and the states run elections. Not the president.

What do @CoryBooker's 25-hour protest speech, wins in Wisconsin and Louisiana, and 1,100+ rallies today have in common?
They’re all part of a growing movement to stop Trump & Elon Musk's attack on democracy.
It’s working – and it needs you. ⬇️
The last person to speak this long in the Senate was Strom Thurmond, a segregationist filibustering civil rights.
This time, it was different.
Booker stood for 25+ hours without food or water to protest Trump and Musk's attack on freedom and the rule of law.

“In four years, you don’t have to vote again.”
Trump said that last year - and it sounded like a punchline.
Now he’s trying to rewrite election law. And says he’s “not joking” about a third term. ⬇️
Last week, Trump signed an executive order that reads like a MAGA fever dream:
– Requires citizenship docs to register to vote
– Lets Musk’s DOGE access state voter rolls
– Threatens military & overseas ballots
It’s likely illegal, and designed to create chaos + silence you.

🚨 Trump’s DOJ just killed a voting rights case (brought under the Biden admin) that challenged Georgia’s anti-voter law, SB 202.
It’s a clear move to gut democracy, exactly what Project 2025 was written to do.
Here’s what you need to know. ⬇️
SB 202 was the GOP’s revenge after Trump lost Georgia in 2020. It cut drop boxes in Black communities, hiked absentee ballot rejections & created ID barriers.
Despite GOP spin, the data is clear: SB 202 made it harder for Georgians to vote. ajc.com/politics/georg…

NEW: What if I told you Trump's new executive order could rig elections and give Elon Musk power over who gets to vote?
This isn’t your typical MAGA voter suppression. It’s a blueprint for authoritarian control.
Here's what's in it. ⬇️
The MAGA fever dream executive order requires government-issued, documentary proof of citizenship to use the federal voter registration form — even though only U.S. citizens can vote in federal elections and already swear to it on the form, under penalty of perjury.

There’s so much chaos coming from the Trump administration — but don’t miss this: Georgia Republicans just dropped a new voter suppression agenda.
They want to end early voting, kill the vote-by-mail system, and make it harder to register to vote.
Big fight ahead. ⬇️
Last night, the Georgia Republican Party announced their voter suppression legislative agenda with a slew of priorities that would make it harder for Georgians to vote.

You've heard a lot about Trump's freeze on federal funding this week.
What you may not have heard — it included an assault on election independence that's straight out of Project 2025.
The courts blocked it (for now), but the threat is far from over. ⬇️
Trump’s freeze on federal funding included $55 million in Election Security Grants.
The grants, sent to every state, help modernize voting systems and defend against cyberattacks.
🚨Trump will use the Justice Department to hunt for evidence of nonexistent 2020 election fraud and fire prosecutors who worked his criminal cases.
Trump's DOJ agenda isn't about justice — it’s about revenge and dismantling our democracy.
Here's why you should care. ⬇️
Trump’s weaponization of the DOJ would set a dangerous precedent.
He plans to use the DOJ to investigate political enemies and fabricate fraud claims.
This isn’t about election independence — it’s about silencing dissent and consolidating power. wapo.st/3YUkH3W

BREAKING: The U.S. House just passed a bill that could devastate nonprofits, chill free speech, and hand Trump unchecked power.
Why H.R. 9495 is a disaster waiting to happen and why the U.S. Senate must reject it. ⬇️

🚨Trump is demanding Republican senators help him sidestep the Constitution.
His push to fill government positions without U.S. Senate approval is an attack on America's checks and balances.
We’ve seen this playbook before in history. It should alarm you. ⬇️
Trump’s plan to sidestep U.S. Senate approval for his key appointments isn’t just a minor change — it’s a major step toward a fascist government.
HOLY SHIT. Election deniers are training volunteers across the country to confront election officials + pressure them not to certify election results.
They're saying they need to create a "righteous" "mob" to stop certification, or we're headed to a "civil war."
Crazy. ⬇️

🚨Georgia's election is at risk.
Despite courts blocking the MAGA Election Board's "unconstitutional" rule changes, the threat of election deniers disrupting democracy looms.
Here's how MAGA allies plan to plunge Georgia into chaos and help Trump challenge the results. ⬇️
.@AriBerman and @JustinGlawe have a new story out breaking down how Trump-connected election deniers are driving MAGA’s efforts to help Trump contest the 2024 election.
Knowing MAGA's voter purges aimed at non-citizens will remove American citizens, who are eligible to vote, the MAGA Supreme Court Justices allow it to go forward.
Alabama did this with a 22% error rate, 22% of their list was American citizens.
This is voter suppression.
MAGA-aligned groups have filed about 50 lawsuits across battleground states, backed by sham evidence, aiming to undermine confidence in the 2024 election. rollingstone.com/politics/polit…
