It is with a heavy heart that I must announce, StoryFire has been unable to secure financing.

After struggling for many years to financially bootstrap the platform myself, I can no longer sustain it.

As of February 1st, 2021, the StoryFire platform will be shutting down. 💔 This was one of the hardest decisions of my life...so much passion, time and resources poured into this ambitious idea...to see it close down is genuinely heartbreaking.

I genuinely gave it my all and really pushed to keep it alive, but unfortunately it wasn’t in the cards.

As I previously stated, here's Google's Vision AI...

This is relatively below the radar, but understand what Youtube (namely Google's) sole intention is...

We are unknowingly building Big Brother. The world's largest mass of centralized intelligence. They have data profiles on all of us. Complex algorithms tracking every little detail. I mean, seriously, those coordinates are tracking eye and eyebrow positions to denote feelings.

What is the purpose of this? One is employed in reading content. So if Dad has "angry eyebrows", they could suppress...

As of January 1st, 2020, I will no longer be making content for Youtube.

This has not been an easy decision to make and one that I've struggled with for the last couple years.

To put it frankly, I can no longer support a platform that doesn't have my best interest at heart. Instead, I will be releasing all content on StoryFire (@storyfireapp).

Allow me to explain in a Twitter thread that will hopefully enlighten you as to why I'm making this decision.

And also note, that I will always be eternally grateful for the opportunity Youtube has given me.
