All three remaining hospitals are under attack. Kamal Adwan Hospital has come under direct artillery fire, resulting in a serious injury of a child.

Al Awda Hospital has also been shelled, and Indonesian Hospital hit by drone strikes. (1/7) The Israeli army is killing and injuring hundreds of Palestinians a day and the patients in need of lifesaving care in Northern Gaza are now left helpless under siege.

In Kamal Adwan, almost all medical staff were arrested leaving only one specialist in the hospital (2/7)

Today, amid the Israeli military's ongoing war on Palestinians in Gaza, we commemorate the Sabra and Shatila massacre in Lebanon. 🧵 Between 16 and 18 September 1982, Lebanese Phalangist militants entered the Beirut refugee camp of Sabra and Shatila, and killed and injured hundreds of unarmed Palestinian and other civilians inside.

The camp’s residents were defenseless.

🚨🚨🚨 Israel's deadly attacks in Gaza’s Middle Area intensified today, with intensive airstrikes in Deir al Balah and Nuseirat refugee camp. Initial reports from healthcare sources suggested more than 125 killed and many more injured.
1/ Emergency medical teams have been unable to respond effectively, due to a lack of fuel and spare parts for ambulances, and the scale of bombardment. Footage from Al Aqsa hospital shows many patients lying on the floor with horrific injuries, including many children.

Today marks one month since the ICJ issued provisional measures indicating that there is a plausible risk of genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.

🚨Yesterday the Israeli military raided the Kamal Adwan Hospital and took 70 medical staff to an undisclosed location.

MAP is gravely concerned for their welfare, as well as patients, staff and displaced people reportedly trapped inside without electricity, water or food. Two mothers were killed at the hospital on Monday when the maternity department was hit.

Staff report that the hospital had been besieged by the military for several days before the army entered at noon yesterday.

🚨Medical staff from Shifa Hospital say they have been forced to flee the hospital on foot with critically ill patients through a warzone.

With two thirds of hospitals in #Gaza now shut down, there is no capacity to receive them. (1/7) With barely a trickle of fuel or medicine getting into #Gaza, they will not receive the treatment they need.

🚨Babies in the neonatal intensive care unit at Shifa Hospital, which MAP has supported over many years, are beginning to die from lack of oxygen. More will die soon unless the power supply is restored.
