Yea I saw this too but wasn’t sure about whether or not it’s him. It looks like him but could be mistaken. Knowing what we know about El Salvador and Bukele’s ties to Israel & Tether, I’m skeptical about the altruistic intentions of the Salvadoran government and the way it’s being portrayed as a “miracle.” Didn’t Erik Prince build the prisons there?

What I believe happened in El Salvador when Bukele came to power, is CIA & Co. sided with one cartel and took out the competing cartels and consolidated their operation. Maybe even drove out the drugs and trafficking, but do we really know? The incarcerated gang members weve seen in those pro Bukele videos are are likely from those competing gangs. It’s similar to what happened in Mexico and Sheinbaum’s rise to power; she was backed by Sinaloa Cartel (El Chapo) and as we’ve seen they’ve also taken out competing cartels (Battle of Culiacán). Sinaloa now controls a corridor that spans from the US Border all the way to the border with Guatemala.

While it may be true that Bukele “kicked out USAID,” but keep in mind USAID programs still can operate regionally and could be managed from neighboring countries. Furthermore, the US Embassy / State Department never shut down and are fully staffed & very much active. Peace Corps and the School of the Americas (US military academy) are still active… who knows what is really going on.

Lastly, outside of San Salvador there is a large US Military base, one of the largest in all of Central America. They never shut down or were asked to leave.
