REN's content is largely focused on health, but also includes culture, science, and politics from time to time

He launched @mansworldmag_ as a forum for more thinkers and writers to produce and share content

He also has a great substack and recently started a podcast that is also well worth checking out

Bottom line, REN is at the center of online culture and if you don't already, you should not only follow him, but have him on notifications!

8 episodes into rewatching Cow Boy Bebop and it is making it painfully and inescapably obvious how bad modern entertainment is

I'm going to rant a little bit because Bebop was pretty much the anime which kicked off the American interest in Japanese anime and established the genre as something that could be a much more mature creative medium than "cartoons" where thought to be at the time
