Mudaw (Hpapun) District The KNU-Karen National Union (KNU) has released a statement saying that a villager was killed when artillery shells were fired at the village yesterday (April 8) by military forces from the coup d'etat. At around 18:35 pm on April 8, the military council troops from the Paw Khae Kho base camp entered the village of Yemu Plaw with three shells. A 60-year-old Saw Ki Bu was shot dead in May Phwe Htar Village, Ye Mu Palaw Tract, Luthaw Township,
