Great Sunday morning chat with a trader having a tough time adjusting to slower post covid action.

He is dealing with a drawdown, strategy skid, overstaying in trades and low confidence. Advice was to take some time off, lower expectations, shoot for small green days to build momentum, focus on 2 best setups, and take at least one day off per week to golf.
