@dr_jon_l The study appears to raise questions. 1. “The median time from symptom onset to receipt of study drug was 6 days.” I believe those recommending use of IVM such as @Covid19Critical suggest giving it promptly on onset of symptoms (as is the case with eg Paxlovid). 1/@dr_jon_l@Covid19Critical 2. My understanding is that proponents recommend that IVM be given in combination with other supplements/meds. Not sure what current recommendations are, but it has never been suggested IVM as standalone. 2/
