OK, it's that time of year where I decide to inflict my musical opinion on you & tell you my personal favourite albums of the year that I think you really should check out too. This year there are 20 albums I think are all worth mentioning, so I'll post 10 tonight & 10 tomorrow so as not to spam your feed with my blatherings. As always, they are lp's I have enjoyed the most this year without bowing to fashion or trends. Just out of listening pleasure.

Shall I tell you what happens when a bully isn't dealt with in the workplace? They thrive. They soon feel invincible. They realise that their seniors cannot appropriately punish their behaviour & there is no repercussions for their actions. Their bullying continues. People who challenge their behaviour are ignored & given worse treatment by the bully. People get scared & tolerate inappropriate behaviour because they see that management don't challenge or deal with this behaviour.
