They anticipate enforcement actions will remove most of the barriers to creating a Bitcoin ETF.

It all comes down to the impending annihilation of Tether and Binance…

OIn 2018, Tether parent iFinex was onboarded by Signature Bank.

The documents contained a massive lie: Phil Potter denies either company “or any parent or subsidiary” does business overseas.

This is, obviously, false. And SBNY’s rep should have known: 🧵👇 David D’Amico was a relationship manager at Metropolitan Bank in December 2017 when he completed the account applications for Tether, iFinex, and Digfinex.
