1, Thought would do daily thread revisiting restoration IAF Harvard from Delhi hanger (left) to ops in Vintage Flt (me flying to RAF Brize Norton for collecting by IAF C17) like I did for IAF Tigermoth at start of lockdown.@zone5aviation@Chopsyturvey@ReviewVayu@warbirdsindia2. Our IAF Harvard was shipped same time as our Tigermoth but Harvard required far more dismantling in Palam first. The fuselage had to be removed from the centre section.

16.3 On one test flight I took the IAF London Air Adviser Ashok Lal. Then it was the rush to get to Delhi on time and replace the temp G reg with IAF markings
17. The Tigermoth finally had the correct IAF markings on then driven to London Stansted airport. Wrapped for the journey and placed in a Cathay Pacific 747 freighter to Delhi. One week to go before the 2021 Air Force 75th anniversary celebrations.

3. IAF Tigermoth arrives in UK workshop. Engine and top decking removed. 4. So this is what you are left with after complete dismantle. Basic Fuselage then breaks down to basic frame and control box that runs between cockpit. Front seat bolts directly on to it
