I’m currently training for multiple Physical Goals at the same time

Strength
600 DL
450 Squat
315 FS
225 OHP
135 Pull-up

Aesthetics
+5-10 lbs of Lean Muscle

Athletics
Improve BJJ for eventual competition

Cardio
6:00 Mile

Here’s how I’m doing it ⬇️ First, Weight Training

I'm training High Intensity, High Specificity, Low Volume for Strength

This means Barbell movements in the 1 - 3 rep range at 8 - 10 RPE for 2 or 3 sets. That's it.

This is always the first movement of all of my workouts

Staying Patient comes down to 2 things

1. Clear & Accurate Vision
2. Mapping from Current State to that Vision

If your Life Vision is not accurate (it is not what you *actually want*) or it is not crystal clear (highly detailed, easy to visualize) it is easy to lose sight of the Vision.

You will feel Vision is “not worth it” & patience will lose to short term.
