Köksal Bayraktar: I will start with a summary of how it all started. Almost three years ago #Osman Kavala was detained from a plane as he arrived back to Istanbul from Gaziantep. Bayraktar: the initial detention was based on two articles of the TR penal code - art 309 (attempting to overthrow the constitutional order) and art 312 (attempting to overthrow the government). For 15 months he was kept in prison not knowing what these charges was based on.
