I haven't read the last chapter so I could be wrong but out of all the chapter i read

1. Oniichan that Kaname called is not confirmed to be his real brother
2. Kaname called him family and older brother
3. No confirmation if its Tojo-senpai/Tojo-san either 4. The oniichan is quite avoidant from Kaname's clinging side
5. Tojo-senpai is basically known to be quite kind one (to Jun)
6. Previous chapters indicate that Ibara was talking to a "Tojo-san" where he reveal that he currently using HiMERU as new God

TLDR from prev chapters

Kaname waking up Jun and order him to guide Kaname to the catacomb because he want Tatsumi to give him his greatness so he could be the Special Student again. With Kaname's attitude, Jun didn't really want to guide him (because he keep ordering Jun not asking help) also Jun said he didn't want to have anything to do with activity in catacombs because its seems like a religion/cult? But he end up guiding Kaname anyway.

During their walk, it was hinted that whatever Kaname did

Jun : hee.. so in short, this kid no longer special student?

Kaname : ...

Jun : ... He caused some scandal during some movie or tvshow recording, angering the executive and end up losing his privilege
