In 1968, my then 16-year-old sister was standing at a bus shelter in Nazareth. She overheard a quiet but still audible conversation. “You know,” said one woman to her friend, “if they don’t want to leave, we should have them shot – the lot of them.” That remark was hush-hush in 1968.

"Seven years ago, Rosie the racist asked the following question at the end of one of her many columns where she typically spit on the Palestinians and praised the Jewish right to self-determination in the land they stole from the Palestinians: "Where would the Palestinians be without leftist intellectuals and self-loathing Jews to carry their water?" We now know the answer to that question.

Some creep came in the middle of the night, cut up a "Stand for Human Rights" lawn sign with a Palestinian flag on it and left a threatening message.
Let me tell you my experience with something like this in #HamOnt and how it was handled by the police.

When I first posted a "Stand for Human Rights" lawn sign with a Palestinians flag on our front garden, a Zionist started posting extreme language on our neighbourhood FB hub claiming it was making Jews throughout our city unsafe.

Just an hour ago, these children of Iman, a woman who I have been helping in #Gaza for months, got out of the horror and hell they'd been trapped in. Alhamdulillah. This pic is in El Arish, a break on the drive from Rafah to Cairo. Iman, her wonderful husband and their four children are almost in Cairo now. They lived in Maghazi, the same "camp" as Maysaa, another young woman w children who I have been helping for years. Iman and her husband had a house there that they were proud of.
