This paper is generally correct, but has multiple flaws. The first flaw is that it never mentions the SCOTUS case that defines "natural born Citizen" w/ precedent. Minor v. Happersett, 88 US 162 (1875).
2) Virginia Minor claimed that she was only 1/2 citizen because she was barred from voting. Her claim was based on the privileges & immunities and equal protection clauses of the 14 Amendment.

1) Kamala Harris, at best, was born to legal residents, and is a US Citizen by the holding of Wong Kim Ark, that birth in US to legal resident parents makes the child subject to the jurisdiction w/in meaning of 14 Amendment.
2) Harris' father arrived in US in 1963, Harris was b. 1964, so there are doubts as to whether he was actually legal resident at time of her birth, or was on student Visa. It's not necessary to solve those doubts in determining that Harris is not an eligible natural born Citizen.

1) Wrong again. "Subject to the jurisdiction of the US" IS the jus sanguinis part of the 14A. It is ALLEGIANCE through the blood of the parents. The W. Kim Ark case upheld the law of nations rule that legal habitation est. allegiance for as long as that habitation lasts.
2) Wong Kim Ark was deemed to be a citizen precisely because his parents were legal US residents. The parents came to US during Chinese Exclusion Acts, which forbade the US from naturalizing Chinese citizens.

1) You supported Roberts' decision on Obamacare, and this is the result. Obamacare was an illegal act based on a lie- that it was a "tax". DACA is based on the lie that the children of criminals (illegal aliens) should receive benefits of citizenship because they "didn't know"
2) The POTUS has no authority to make immigration law by EO. That role is reserved to Congress alone (Art. 1 S. 8 C. 4). This decision should be that the EO establishing DACA, an immigration law, was illegal executive action, and rescinding it by a later EO is un-reviewable.

1) The problem with this article is that Hussein's "election" was NOT "rules of the game". Obama was specifically prevented form Presidency by the natural born Citizen requirement. SEE 88 US 162, 167 (1875), that natural born Citizens are b. in US of US Citizen parents.
2) Wong Kim Ark cited that precedent 24 yrs. later, 169 US 649, 655, 679, 680 (1898), that natural born Citizens are born in the US of US Citizen parents. The definition form Original Common Law (law of nations) has been repeted multiple times by SCOTUS.

2) "Birthright Citizenship" is a British Common Law practice. Many "lawyers" (and Congress) assume that the US practice of "British Common Law" in the states of the US means that "Birthright Citizenship" (BC) is in practice regarding "citizenship".
