The #SABC matter is very complicated; there are no easy fixes whichever way its looked at.
Only 3% of the SABC revenue comes from Government.
The wage bill is 43% of total expenditure.
Part of the 8 conditions for the R3.2bn bailout speak to restructuring & cost cutting measures. The accumulation, over years, of bad corporate governance, corruption, fraud & maladministration is precisely why the #SABC is in this current impasse.

#NationalTreasury intervention is needed because whichever way things go, money is required.
Challenge is its availability?
