Some individuals posted 4 to 12+ times that same day.

The data shows the posting was not random. It was tightly clustered, high-speed, and repetitive. Journalists and political figures appeared to reference one another.

This suggests the report had reached certain actors in advance and was disseminated in a coordinated manner immediately upon publication.
