On Sept 7, 2016 the FBI received a CIA generated, specific warning of a @HillaryClinton-approved plan to "vilify Trump" based on claims of interference in US elections by "Russian hackers" "as a means of distracting".

Horowitz said FBI "concluded" its AlfaBank case in Feb. But reporting by @MarshallCohen re "continued" investigation 72hrs after McCabe, Priestap, and Strzok brief DOJ AlfaBank details is correct insofar as Small Team *represented* the case to DOJ at the time as open question.
