1. Travel is cope for 99% of people. If you constantly have that "itch" to travel, it probably means you aren't already living a fulfilling life in your dream city
Caveat: Go see the world but if you need more after 10-20 countries it's probably escapism
2. Team building is quite possibly the most important thing to focus on when it comes to scaling a business (after you get good at sales & marketing yourself)
A mentor/friend on here told me this years ago, but I didn't get it till I got to a certain point. Now it's everything.

Today I took a flight with the founder and chairman of a $5.0bn+ private company...
On the departing flight I asked, “What is the most important thing you need to start a biz?”
He smiled at me and said..
“Guts”
Then said, “and you need to know where the puck is going to be”
And then I asked “ok but what’s more important, marketing & sales or product quality?”
He answered “that’s a chicken and the egg.”
Said the same thing when I asked about what is more important to entrepreneurs, allocating time or money
