sweet fuck, there are very few things as stressful as a full on dysautonomia/POTS attack. heart rate shoots up, blood pressure slides precipitously low. dizzy, hard to talk, whole body feels heavy, breathing is hard. it’s like your blood sugar tanks the lowest it’s ever possibly been AND you’re completely full body fatigue exhausted AND your blood pressure flatlines
