Good afternoon, I’m at Stratford Magistrates’ court to see an hour of possession hearings

Ignore the ‘NO ENTRY’ signs… this court is open to the public… These hearings are not on the Stratford Mags list on CourtServe. They are hidden under the ‘Shoreditch and Clerkenwell’ heading on the County Court page

Custody Time Limit Judicial Review underway. DPP say "Both were unlawful decisions for the reasons set out in the Skeleton Arguments ... and that the court should quash each of them" Tom Little KC says both Judges who refused to extend CTL's "did intrude on funding decisions and formed a view about them...An arena they should not have descended into"

I’m observing a Met Disciplinary hearing today:
“it is alleged that DCI Mason (then DS Mason) asked the victim inappropriate questions about her personal life, relationships and whether she would like to go for dinner that evening.” I’ve been taken to a room and am watching the hearing via a video feed.

The sound keeps cutting out and is practically unwatchable.
