How the manufactured crisis works: 1) Someone from CSIS leaks info. 2) Media uncritically runs with it. 3) CSIS leaders admit they can't tell parties who to have on their roster, which contradicts the source & their reporting. 4) Media keeps repeating contradicted source info.
*exCSIS Fadden reported on CCP tactics 10 YEARS AGO. Harper Govt. literally made secret deals with the CCP re: FIPA. The partisan nature (& timing right after the EA Report) of the leak & the subsequent media coverage is to make like CCP influence suddenly emerged under Trudeau.

I got some work done so here's a short thread on this whole "Chinese interference with Canadian elections," a sudden shift from the Emergencies Act report result. :p 1) This is not new. Recall when then-CSIS Director (Fadden) brought this up *13yrs ago*: cbc.ca/news/canada/cs…2) Fadden was talking about politicians who they knew were compromised by the CCP. He was castigated for daring to suggest such a thing. There was supposed to be a report to govt. but I have no idea what came of it.

It's editorials by Globe & Mail, National Post .. the usual suspects ... that use their media platforms for political purposes like this that forms part of the problem. The arguments made in this weak piece are very easy to debunk ... let me show you how with this thread:
1. No disagreement here. Fact is, the police DID know there were hundreds of vehicles enroute to Ottawa & failed to plan accordingly.

I am just observing the facts, but the CPC supported, endorsed, & facilitated the Convoy at the national & provincial level. They - not Trudeau's comments about the fringe within the fringe - caused it to grow by overtly celebrating it. Mainstream media, in many respects, was ...
... only too happy to play along by framing it as a "truckers" protest, helping legitimize antivaxxer grievances that Trudeau didn't unilaterally remove mandates. We heard CPC leaders say "make it Trudeau's problem." We saw them out there - on camera - weaponizing the crowd.

I get the relitigation of inquiry post-hoc but it's out w/#EmergenciesAct & in w/#CCPinCDNPOLI (of valid concern btw). Matches shift v. China from perspective of support to Russia v. Ukraine. Mistake to make this partisan given what RUS & CHN are also doing up in the CDN arctic.
Hyper-partisanship is the poisonous wedge that splits people into being party first, which, if not tempered by humility & yielding to fact, inevitably leads to loyalty over country even where it coincides with the interests of a competing foreign power. Just sayin'.

Diagolon's Jeremy Mackenzie has been debanked. Pic below is ChatGPT on options available. Also, it was brought to my attention he called me a Taliban terrorist on his stream, which is clear & obvious defamation. I have notified his lawyer (Sherif Foda) of my intention to sue.
Also, Mr. Mackenzie claimed I was going to Coutts, AB to .. flip the Coutts plot accused over to CSIS?? You absolute sandbag-for-brains, the last time I worked with CSIS was in two thousand frickin FIVE, 18yrs ago.
