They admit it'll target primarily kids & anything other than "gender affirming care" is deemed as conversion therapy. Parents, teachers, doctors etc will be punished, even if they want the kid to wait until 18. @jk_rowling @NicolaSturgeon They've even talked about getting the social work involved & treating it as any other form of abuse. Prayer also counts as "conversion therapy". If a child voluntarily approaches the church, a doctor, parent etc that's still conversion therapy.
