In my hometown, cops arrested 3 gangmembers who moonlighted as… well I don’t know how to explain this to North Americans but they dressed up as superheroes and drove around in this… party bus-type situation I guess is the best way to put it

The police chief’s name is TANOS It’s hard to explain the concept of Trenzinho da Alegria/Carreta Furacão to North Americans, I now realize. “Party bus” doesn’t even come close
