@phredxavier @_Ochiedike It wasn't fixed before they were tested for loyalty. Rebellion was the test of loyalty for angels. Those who remained loyal to God, got their will fixed in holiness, those who chose disloyalty, their will got fixed in rebellion. There will never be other fall of angels again.

@_Ochiedike Earth is a place for moral formation of humans. Both God and Satan are fixed in their will. God is established in his Holy will, he can't do evil. Satan and demons are established in Evil. The holy angels have their wills fixed in holiness, they can't do evil, just like God
@_Ochiedike Humans are in the middle ground, their wills are not fixed in any direction, we can do both good and evil. We have an influenceable moral will, that both God and Satan can influence and we can change.

It's an arena where a moral war between good and evil is ongoing. That war started in heaven with angelic rebellion. Satan questioned the rightness of God's rule.

@tysongmoore Wars of independence cannot be won in the nuclear age. You could start a war of independence only to have the opponent nuke you. What independence would you have after they've reduced you to ash? It's impossible to secede from a nuclear power.
