Officials at Ofgem and energy conferences openly say that without grid access these facilities will fire up gas generators instead.

This is no temporary fix. Developers are shifting to fossil fuel power on a long term basis to feed the AI boom.

Meanwhile the same elites pushing net zero as the ultimate climate salvation are watching their own policies collapse under the weight of data centers that consume vast electricity yet cannot plug in without destabilizing everything.
