Anjana Chakra is the Sixth and the most important chakra in Yoga. It can be spotted at the Eyebrow spot. It is the junction where the highest no of neurons meet, hence described as the most sensitive zone.

It is a distinctive spot in between eyebrows, formed by colored powder or paste which in ancient times used to be home made.

Once upon a time, there was an ashram in the Himalayas where a great sage and his disciples lived. They all respected their Guru not only for his knowledge, but also for his love and kindness towards all.
