I just spoke to my brother who took the UTME and had Physics & Chemistry subjects in his combination. He told me how he had to skip a significant number of questions in those subjects because materials couldn't be provided for him to do rough work.

THREAD At first, I started to blame him for not taking with him a pencil & eraser for rough work. But I was told that @JAMBHQ doesn't allow candidates to enter the exam hall with any of such things including wristwatches.
