Pam Williams of @fema states that the Federal budget has been released, with $1.9 billion designated towards #EmergencyResponse. $400.5 million of that budget will be going towards the Emergency Preparedness Grants Program. @fema The Nonprofit Security Grant Program has seen an increase in its budget allocation from $180 million to $250 million.
