It’s #WRES reporting time again, is it reported like we would report health improvement or does it look like all is well. Improvment is 7-8 data points not just one, improvment isn’t when BAME people are twice as likely NOT to get the job at interview. Racism is a structure Does your #WRES report diminish the structure of racism head on, with the values or does it by the way it’s written minimise the issue and reaffirm the structure of racism?
