Today team CNIO came together reflecting on the progress of the past year.
We've been looking at the evidence to understand where we need to improve.
But also seeing where success is (and coming up with ideas to scale and spread).
Spliting into two teams - we presented our findings and proposed plans.
Everyone in the room then voted on which of the two proposals they preferred.
