@ooblets All you had to do was say "we wanted more money" & be upfront and honest so there was no chance for this message to be misconstrued. You knew gamers were going to be upset as well as loyal fans, journalists & industry figures.

And before you ask "why the hate", here's why: @ooblets 1. Epic more or less abandoned PC gaming and blamed that on piracy: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/fi…
2. Epic had the advantage of hindsight (14 years) yet the store to this day doesn't support the most basic of features like a shopping cart meaning your account...
