[1 of my favorite ways to handle objections in copy]:
Answer:
"Agree and amplify."
Take the reader's objection, expand upon it, and turn it into an emotional benefit/moment for the reader.
Example:
In financial, I HAVE to disclaim that investments are risky/speculative.
(As I should - it benefits the reader).

"How do I get new clients?"
I'm the worst person to ask.
I've only had one client during my whole entire copywriting career.
But if I HAD to get a new client?...
I'd simply use the principles of direct response to generate new business.
Think:
A publisher/offer owner is just like any other buyer.
They have hopes and dreams and emotional hot buttons.
So what do they want...
...right now?...

Multiple DM’s asking me about AI and the future of copywriting.
I’ll give you my $.02…
With the caveat that I’m NOT an AI expert…
I’ve fooled around with ChatGPT/Claude a little bit.

First, I think a lot of people asking me about AI taking over copy are secretly asking me,
“Hey! I’m looking to get into copy.
But I’m afraid it’ll take my job in 6 months.
Tell me what to do with my life!”
This question belies a fundamental misunderstanding…

Brogilvy's "Headline Swipe Analysis" Compilation -- Vol. #1. (1-10):
1. "Republicans to Demand Joe Biden Remains in Office?"
But there's one "master story" that reigns supreme above all others.
It's something I learned from studying Dan Kennedy...
Which he observed from Gary Halbert:
"Legend."
All legends are stories...
...but not all stories are legends.
Here's what I mean:
Most stories are just facts.
They are compelling, interesting, dramatized facts.
In financial publishing, for example:

The SHOCKING Truth about About A/B Split-Testing...
(Theory-Cel Copywriters DOWN BAD):
A handful of times on social media, I've seen copywriters arguing over a trivial wording issue.
(For example:
How often you should use the word "you" in your copy.
Or something else with a negligible impact on a 10,000 word promotion).
Inevitably, 1 CW will say:

The #1 Question I F*cking Hate:
"hOw LoNg DoEs CoPy NeEd tO bE?"
Short Answer:
IYKYK.
Long Answer:
It's not...
"hOwEvEr lOnG iT nEeDs tO bE!"
[continued]:
First, I believe people who ask this question, and variations of "does long copy still work?", are projecting.
What they're REALLY saying is...
"Do I HAVE to learn to write long copy?
Can't I just use a slogan?"
And following that line of logic...

99% of these pitches violate a "Golden Rule" for making $$$ as a copywriter.
It's something every solid CW understands...
...but something noobs have a hard time wrapping their head around.
What am I talking about?
Simple:
You need to make it as EASY as humanly possible for people to say "YES" to your offer.
In fact.
I would say.
The ease of doing business with you...
...is DIRECTLY TIED to your earning potential.
(read that again)
You see...
The human brain has a bias AGAINST taking action.
