Concerns are rising in international media over events on the Lachin road, linking Armenia with the Armenian-populated part of Karabakh in Azerbaijan. "convergence of multi-level integration processes" - the discourse promoted by Russia (and Belarus) prior to the war in Ukraine considered bringing regional organizations in the post-Soviet space - the CIS, the CSTO, and the EAEU closer to each other. Two memorandums on cooperation were adopted by these organizations in 2011 and 2018. Things seem to have changed a bit.
