This is an impressive wish list for Congress that indicates serious US resolve on the part of the Biden administration to continue pursuing Russian elites' assets.

But some quick thoughts... 1/5 whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/… "has a connection to specified unlawful conduct"

"proceeds directly obtained from corrupt dealings"

These are tricky terms if the intention is to go after "oligarchs," many of whom made their money unfairly but - on paper - legally in 1990s/2000s Russia. 2/5

There it is! The Corporate Transparency Act is in the final text of the NDAA.

All that’s left is a must-pass vote and the President’s signature.
